Booking Space in ÐßÐßÊÓƵ

ÐßÐßÊÓƵ school spaces can be booked by youth and community groups seven days a week during the school year, providing people with a place to come together, to volunteer, build skills, access programs, become physically active and develop strong and healthy communities.

Please review the Rules and RegulationsÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýSchool Catalogue before submitting your permit.  and follow the directions to set up your online account and make school permit requests. You will be notified by email when your permit has been approved.

2025/26 Booking and Dates

The 2025/26 Community Use of Schools season will run from September 12, 2025, until June 14, 2026. Bookings are not available on Holidays, PA Days, long weekends, or school breaks.

Booking hours may be modified by our department to allow for time between user groups.

Staggered Permit Application Process

To promote a fair and efficient process, we are using a phased permit application schedule again this year. This approach allows groups to apply based on permit type and booking preferences, while continuing to prioritize Youth Not-for-Profit organizations.

We are confident this approach will again result in faster processing times of permits, and greater access for all groups.
